Sketch Concept

Atendiendo a la disposición de los pórticos estructurales existentes, se crean unas bandas que acotan y organizan las zonas de exposición de ropa, separándolas mediante cambios de materiales y alturas de techos. Se consigue transformar la proporción de los espacios, creando una secuencia entre zonas recogidas y de poca altura frente a otras de proporción muy vertical. El resultado genera una serie de umbrales en forma de pequeños tejados de madera, de carácter doméstico, conformando líneas en su frente que se prolongan en forma de ramificaciones que enfatizan la verticalidad del espacio. La fachada se reviste de un mismo mármol con tres acabados diferentes, consiguiendo distintas tonalidades y texturas que ayudan a la transición entre la acera y la fachada del resto del edifico.

Proiekturako lehen erabakia lokalaren jatorrizko egitura jarraituko duen lerro multzo bat sortzea izango da, arropa erakusketa antolatu eta gune desberdinak bereiziko dituena. Horretarako, altuera eta material desberdinekin jokatzen da, eta lokalaren aurreko proportzioa aldatzea errazten da: altuera gutxiko tokien eta espazio bertikalen arteko sekuentzia bat sortuko da. Azken emaitza izaera domestikodun egurrezko atalase segida bat izango da; honen aurrealdeko lerroak luzatuz, altuera handiko tokien bertikalitatea azpimarratzea lortzen da. Bestalde, fatxada berria, hiru akabera ezberdineko marmol berarekin estali da; tonalitate eta testura desberdinen konbinazioak kaleko espaloia eta eraikinaren gainerako fatxadaren arteko trantsizioari laguntzen dio.

SKETCH CONCEPT CLOTHE STORE. According to the pillar-based structure, it is created a set of slots that delimit the different spaces and organize the clothing exhibition areas, separating them with changes in the building materials and the height of the roofs. A change in the dimensions of the spaces is achieved, creating a sequence between cosy and low roof areas and others with a very vertical proportion. The outcome generate a number of doorsteps shaped as small wood roofs, conforming vertical lines in its front that continue as ramifications and emphasizes the verticality of the space. The façade is coated with three different finishing of the same marble achieving varying shades and textures that helps to create a transition between the pavement and the façade of the rest of the building.
