Vivienda Usandizaga

Se plantea una distribución en la que las particiones arrancan desde el perímetro y se pliegan hacia el interior, organizando el espacio al tiempo que permiten que la luz natural penetre hasta el centro de la vivienda. La distribución se traza mediante una sola línea continua que se va plegando, generando distintos grados de intimidad sin necesidad de independizar por completo los espacios. Se obtiene una vivienda que ofrece relaciones interesantes y fluidas entre estancias, con gran continuidad espacial. Los tabiques no presentan aberturas para las puertas, sino que se quiebran e interrumpen en toda su altura. Las puertas se entienden como continuaciones de los tabiques, cuando están abiertas se superponen y solapan con ellos sin invadir el espacio de las habitaciones y cuando están cerradas los unen.

USANDIZAGA ETXEBIZITZA BERRIKETA. Banaketa berriarekin eraikinaren perimetrotik abiatu eta etxebizitzaren erdigunean tolesten diren partizioak egokitzen dira. Horrela, espazio berria antolatzeaz gain argi naturala etxeko erdialdera iristea lortzen da. Instead of having openings for the doors, the partition walls stop from floor to ceiling. The doors are understand like an extension of the partition walls. While they are open, the doors remain over the walls, without trespassing on the space of the rooms and when they are closed, they link them.
